Our Process
We begin by working with you to determine how we can best serve you and your organization’s distinct needs, opportunities, and challenges. Once we are ready to get started, VPG will conduct a pre-assessment of your situation utilizing surveys and interviews. We will identify challenges and opportunities, your team’s competencies, your philanthropic culture, and the best way to move forward.
Then, we consult with you as we personalize the Bold Asking® training and coaching program for your board, your leaders, and your development staff.
With you, we agree upon goals, objectives, and benchmarks to be achieved. A post-assessment is conducted at the conclusion of all sessions or one-on-one work to guide future training or one-on-one coaching.
